Shipping Costs for Italy
Shipping fee: €8.00.
Shipments are free for orders over €200.00.
Certain remote areas might have an additional surcharge.

Once payment is received, shipping will be arranged. Couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday; it is possible to ship products to an address different from the home address (e.g. workplace).
Delivery Times
Delivery takes place within 2-5 working days for Italy,10-15 for the rest of the world excluding holidays. Iuso Pickups is not responsible for potential delays in shipping due to remote or poorly serviced areas by the shipping centers. Remote areas might have an additional surcharge.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice. The merchandise will remain at the post office for a maximum of 7 days, during which the customer is required to make arrangements with the carrier for a new delivery. The courier will attempt a new delivery. Additionally, if the recipient wants to place the package on hold for pickup, they must contact the courier’s reference branch to request that the merchandise be held at the branch for personal pickup.
After several unsuccessful attempts, the merchandise will be returned to Iuso Pickups, and storage and shipping fees will be charged.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
The conditions and procedures for returns and refunds are explained below.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
Requests must be sent exclusively via email within 14 days from the date of merchandise delivery.
Requests via phone will not be accepted.
The procedures for replacement, return, and refund are valid exclusively for private customers and not for resellers.
The procedures for replacement, return, and refund are not valid for customized products (with modification requests) and/or used or commissioned items.
The merchandise must be returned unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and complete with all its parts.
The shipping costs for the return will be covered by the buyer, who must return the product using the same method and courier with which they received the item.
Refunds will be issued within 20 working days from the date of receiving the return, through bank transfer or PayPal, and only after verifying the integrity of the item.
For optimal management of the procedures, the customer must carefully follow the instructions provided on this page, follow the indications, and await confirmation from Iuso Pickups.
